Thermal convection in Walters B′ viscoelastic fluid permeated with suspended particles in porous medium

摘要
The problem of thermal convection in Waiters B' elastico-viscous fluid in porous medium in the presence of suspended particles is considered. The principle of exchange of stabilities is found to be satisfied under a condition. For stationary convection, the Waiters B' elastico-viscous fluid behaves like a Newtonian fluid and it is found that suspended particles and medium permeability have destabilizing effects on the system. The sufficient conditions for the non-existence of overstability are also obtained.
