摘要
A computer program for three-dimensional calculation of water quality in a hydropower reservoir is described. The program solves the Navier-Stokes equations with the k-epsilon turbulence model to obtain the water velocity field in the reservoir. The convection-diffusion equations for each water quality component are then solved. The user specifies the number of equations to be solved and the source/sink terms in the equations. The paper describes how input data is given to the computer program and presents two examples where the Streeter-Phelps model is implemented - one example from a river and one from a hydropower reservoir.
