An Analysis of the Green Supply Chain Management

With the worsening of environmental issues and more concern on the issues, green supply chain management is increasingly becoming the new trend of supply chain management. In the green supply chain management mode, the competition among enterprises has become a competition between the supply chains; companies are increasingly concerned about the field in green supply chain. This paper starts from the concept of green supply chain, and then analyzes how to develop the green supply chain management from the five aspects: green design, green procurement, green production, green marketing and recycling, and green supply chain performance evaluation, in order to hope to play some referential significance for our future development of green supply chain in theory.
