摘要
In the construction project, incentives on scheduling mainly focus on economic aspects. However, there are few incentive mechanisms considering about psychological ones. Based on the Prospect Theory, this thesis makes a specific research on the scheduling problems of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway belonging to Sinohydro Group Ltd. According to psychological characteristics of staffs on the site, the applications of prospective theory are respectively presented by diversifying staffs' life, making incentive measurements on scheduling and setting small proportion for awarding and punishing. An incentive mechanism is then devised based on the psychological characteristics of the workers in construction building industry.
