摘要
Beer fouling is a problem that affects brewery during the pasteurization or sterilization. A model based in neural network with the key factors that affect the beer fouling is described in this paper. Fouling in brewery can be translated to costs. Is common that the pasteurization system must be cleaned each 10 or 15 hours. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science Ltd.
