Resistance of European ecotypes of Kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis) to Drechslera poae under greenhouse conditions

摘要：

Resistance of 1452 ecotypes of Kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis) to leaf spot and melting out caused by Drechslera poae was scored under greenhouse conditions. No ecotypes were completely resistant to melting out and only 0.2% showed resistance ratings higher than the best commercial varieties. Another 13% of tested ecotypes were considered resistant. The highest proportion of resistant ecotypes were found among collections from abandoned agricultural land and forests.
