Double-Layer Fusion Scheme and Algorithm for Multi-Sensor Information Based on Integrated INS/COMPASS System

摘要
The attitude measuring accuracy of integrated INS/COMPASS system is limited, which can be improved by fasing measurement information of star sensor based on it. The common Kalman filter and federal filter can't meet the need of composing multi-sensor information fusion navigation system based on integrated INS/COMPASS system, as they were difficult to be applied for asynchronous and multi layer fusion and correction situation. In order to solve those problems, a kind of double-layer fusion scheme for multi-sensor information based on integrated INS/COMPASS system was presented and double-layer fusion algorithms were researched. Simulation indicated that the double layer fusion scheme and algorithm presented by this paper can realize layered asynchronous multi-sensor information fusion and stepped INS error correction, while the independent algorithm framework of integrated INS/COMPASS system was still maintained, the navigation performance was improved effectively, which has significant engineering application benefits.
