摘要：
At present, China's coal mine safety supervision system adopted in the form of management function. The powers of our government were decentralized to the locals, it making supervision can not be effectively carried out and coal mine accidents frequently occurred. Based on the analysis of China's coal mine safety supervision, this paper investigates the interests of safety super-Vision agencies and coal mine enterprises from the perspective of game model, and puts forward according suggestion.
