摘要
CdS is one of the most important II-VI semiconductors, with applications in solar cells, optoelectronics. and electronic devices. Here a new process for the preparation of CdS single-crystal nanowires (see Figure) is presented, in which the nanowires are prepared by electrochemically induced deposition into the pores of anodic aluminum oxide templates.
