摘要
Specialized literature has already many means of defining organizational performance. The development of studies aiming at treating the performance in military organization is, besides the difficulty of the approach, a necessary aspect both theoretically and practically, all evaluated in the context of changes taking place in architecture (resource, organizational processes, forms of organization, etc.) of military organization. In this context, such a scientific approach is entirely appropriate, if we consider that logistics system and technology are key elements of the organizational capability concept, a concept already becoming fundamental in assessing the performance of military organizations. Performance improvement opportunities of military logistics systems are more relevant when are related with technical solutions of top areas of knowledge. In this paper our intention is to show how RFID technology implementation and using helps to obtain high performance in military logistics chains.
