Study on Guardianship of Rural Left-Behind Children

In essence, guardianship is the supervision and care system for the incapacitated person, it is also a kind of care to the "vulnerable" group in the law. On the whole, there are many deficiencies in our current minor guardianship system. Rural left-behind children is a special vulnerable group, the lack of monitoring has many negative effects on them. It is positive to change ideas, develop the local economy, improve the minor guardianship system, and strengthen national and governmental responsibilities, for the healthy growth of the rural left-behind children.
