摘要：

We rebuilt and proved the competitive equilibrium theory with theories and methods of the differentiable dynamic systems in this paper. We construct the state equations of the economic behavior, and get rid of the market economy assumes that each consumer is endowed with a nonnegative amount of every commodity. We established equivalent relationship between variant economical conduct. The results may have more universal significance and practicability than that of Arrow Debreu. It is possible for us to explain debt consumption with the new competitive equilibrium theory, and therefore to extend the applied area of the dynamical economic equilibrium.
