Dietary exposure to pesticide residues and risks to the health of infants and young children

摘要
The total diet study* of infants and young children (0-3 years) characterized the contamination of manufactured foodstuffs by 516 pesticides and their metabolites. The health risk assessment showed that among more than 260 substances, only three may exceed their toxicological reference values.
