摘要
In the future, state-of-the-art wind generators (WGs) are expected to produce one of the largest amounts of renewable energy worldwide. Nowadays, wind DFIGs with integrated storage are regarded as the state-of-the-art WGs. In this paper, we propose a comprehensive methodology that aims to solve the problem of distributed coordination and control of state-of-the-art WGs. The goal is for a WF to generate predictable power on a short-time scale while keeping each storage utilization at the same level (for efficiency) i.e equal power output from each storage. We first pose the problem as a constrained consensus problem and then introduce a Leader-follower consensus protocol that the WGs can adopt for accomplishing their objectives. Further, we develop a distributed control scheme for the grid-side converters (GSCs) that realizes the consensus protocol in practice. Finally, we demonstrate the effectiveness of our methodology via simulations on the IEEE 24-bus system.
