A Study on the Refined Career Guidance for the Female College Students Majoring in Accounting

At present, the career guidance for the female graduates majoring in accounting is problematic in terms of systematization, specialization and diversification. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a career guidance system with refinedness as the goal, in order to enhance the exclusiveness of career guidance for accounting majors, to promote the professional abilities of the career instructors, and to achieve the diversification of career guidance forms.
