摘要
Moisture proof, mildew proof, antisepsis and explosion proof are important parts of logistics warehousing during the daily work, which are significant indexes to measure the quality of logistics management. The traditional method is artificial detection by using various kinds of instrument. This manual testing method is time-consuming and low efficiency, and the testing of storage environment parameters has random error. According the above shortcomings, an intelligent warehouse measure and control system based on Zigbee WSN and network nodes are designed. At the same time, the whole design frame and the hardware structure of sensor nodes and applications software flow chart are analyzed. The Zigbee wireless sensor network technology which has advantages of simple interface and low power consumption and low cost is used in the warehouse control and environmental management by using this design method, and an intelligent warehouse measure and control system is build. This design method can resolve a good many abuse such as layout complex, cables criss-crossing and so on. Further more, it brings the convenience to the modern warehouse supervision and management and improve the intelligent level of logistics warehousing technology.
