A taxonomic review of the genus Zethus from Vietnam is presented, including eight species. Four species, Z. tumidus sp. nov., Z. tansoneus sp. nov., Z. angulatus sp. nov. and Z. propodeus sp. nov. are described. Two species, Z. malayanus and Z. trimaculatus, are recorded from Vietnam for the first time. Redescriptions of Z. dolosus and Z. trimaculatus are also provided with figures. A key to species is presented.
