Emission characteristics of restructured field-emission cathodes in the pulse-frequency modes

摘要：
The limit values of the field-emission electron (FEE) current I-0 are experimentally determined for restructured tungsten field-emission cathodes in the frequency mode for variations of the pulse length tau. The corresponding voltage-current characteristics (VCCs) and emission patterns (EPs) are analyzed.
