摘要
Elastic recoil detection analysis (ERDA) as a standard-free technique, can be used to calibrate other analytical techniques. Ion layer gas reaction (ILGAR) is a new method to prepare ZnO window extension layers of thin film solar cells. The Zn(OH)(2) content of these devices is routinely determined by IR spectroscopy. Therefore, an IR spectrometer was calibrated on the base of ERDA data to obtain more precise results. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
