摘要：
In the history of Huainan and Huaibei (lianghuai) areas' Salt Industry, Jiang Chun had made an outstanding contribution to the development of the Salt Industry and become the noted representatives of salt merchants in the Qing Qianlong Dynasty. Here, we focus on the innovative thought of Jiang Chun's management by the methods of document investigation. With the analysis of operation, political wisdom and cultural planning, we have clearly revealed the formation of the innovative thought of Jiang Chun's management.
