摘要
The Dutch approach to describing and visualizing the environmental impact of nonpoint source agricultural phosphorus (P) pollution is reviewed. In the past potential parameters Such as soil P indexes have mainly been used. In order to assess the actual risk of P pollution of groundwater and surface waters, dynamic process orientated models were frequently used. Recently, regression models (metamodels) have been developed based on dynamic water quality modelling results. These simple models have proved to be a new powerful tool for quick assessment of P Pollution risks to Surface waters in catchment areas.
