摘要
Multiphysics analysis is important for high performance RF/microwave component and system design. For effective device analysis, it is crucial to understand the relationships of different physical domains. This article gives a review of the recent progress in multiphysics parametric modeling exploiting space-mapping-based approach and multiphysics optimization using advanced transfer function surrogate model. To demonstrate these methods, two microwave filter applications are used.
