摘要
The satellite-based L-band radiometer of China under designing is aim to measure sea surface salinity, which will be launched in 2018. In this paper, a research of Celestial Sky Calibration (CSC) for Chinese L-band radiometer is presented. The orbit of satellite is calculated with planned parameters for a repeat period at first, and then the optimum location for performing a CSC is determined by calculating the weighted land fraction in view of the back lobes of L-band radiometer antenna. Furthermore, the celestial sky radiation received by the antenna is simulated for seeking the opportunity when the antenna temperature is stable enough for calibration.
