The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among elders' exercise participation, subjective fatigue and quality of life. 190 middle and elderly age person in Taichung Beitun community college were studied with adoption of questionnaires, Elders' Subjective Fatigue Questionnaire, Elders' Quality of Life Questionnaire and Exercise Participation Questionnaire. The data was analyzed by SPSS12.0 statistic software. It was indicated that the percentage of elders who participated in exercise regularly were low (only 13.68%). Besides, the study found that the different of the common fatigue, lack of concentration, local abnormal, social health domain, mental health domain, physical health domain between the elders who participated in exercise regularly and the students who participated in exercise irregularly was significant. Conclusion: The result indicated that the elders who regularly participated in exercise felt less subjective fatigue and better quality of life.
