Satisfaction with the academic of high school students: the case of a university campus

摘要
The identify the degree of academic satisfaction of students in Higher Education courses of a public institution in Rio Grande do Sul about satisfaction with the course, opportunities for development and satisfaction with the institution. Data were collected through a questionnaire with 384 academics and analyzed using the SPSS software using the U Mann Whitney statistical tests for up to two groups and the Kruskal Wallis test for more than two groups in order to verify the differences in satisfaction behavior as the profile variables. The qualitative questions were analyzed through the word cloud made in Word Art software. The results showed significance for gender, course, age and whether or not the students worked. Thus, men, students of the course of Economia older people possess experiences more satisfied with their academic formation. In the qualitative questions, he identified a strong influence of the teacher to the satisfaction with the course, besides being verified limitations between the integration of theory and practice in the disciplines. To understand how the process of interaction of the students with the institution occurs, since it is a question of planning for the universities.
