摘要
The Adaptive Multi-sensor Integrated Security System (AMISS) is a cohesive conglomerate of technical capabilities used to determine potential threats and anomalous situations and ascertain appropriate action to increase facility security, safeguards, and safety. AMISS uses expert systems to enforce a facility's operating rules and procedures. Expert systems are also used, in conjunction with other AI techniques, to provide the "highest" level reasoning of the system. This paper presents the past, current, and future work of the AMISS project with special emphasis on the rule of expert systems in AMISS.
