摘要：
Public transport organization in the CR has increasing trend to integrated transport systems. Those systems are very vulnerable from environment extreme events or crisis situations. Public transport planning and management are now supported by a set of information and telematic applications & systems. Traffic management systems are developed for urban areas. An important environment is created for possible optimization processes of public transport emergency situations.
