Research of Lamb Wave 2-D Propagation in CFRP Plates and Its Application in Delamination Damage Detection

摘要
In this paper, the 2-D propagation law of Lamb waves in CFRP plates is studied. Firstly, considering the orthogonal anisotropy of CFRP plates, a two-dimensional (2-D) wavenumber is given, which is an important and practical reference for delamination damage detection. Secondly, we carried out the numerical simulation of Lamb waves propagating in different directions. Finally, an elliptical ring filter detection method based on 2-D wavenumber is proposed, and the delamination damage in the simulation model is detected successfully.
