摘要
F-18-prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) 1007 is one of the most promising radiotracers for PET imaging of relapsing prostate cancer. Minimal urinary clearance seems to be its most valuable and outstanding feature. We present images of biochemically relapsed prostate cancer where F-18-PSMA-1007 PET/CT (performed to verify an ambiguous finding adjacent to the urinary bladder found in F-18-FCH PET/CT) proved superior to radiocholine and precisely visualized site of local recurrence.
