摘要
Perfection of forecasting is the most important and the only non-objectionable method of "treatment" of emerging imbalances in the implementation of current processes. For this reason, the problem of improving the systems of foresight, modeling options for the development of complex systems remains open, and its solution largely depends on the achievement of a balanced process of future technological development. The article describes the prospects and limits of application of methods in the field of forecasting of complex processes, as well as problems arising in the course of these studies.
