Blockchain offers the potential for creating the latest business models and trust issues can be solved in a structured way. It conducts many business innovations and research opportunities. Industry and academia present many solutions of blockchain root software, including the extensive reach of domains. A system design is shown in the paper where blockchain technology will be present in the healthcare system. In this, the essential information among the hospitals is going to be shared concerning medical analysis. Patients define research institutes and medical clinics root on approach policy. For the protection of confidential data, 2 types of chains are used by our solutions-a private one. It is also known as a sidechain that stores a patient's accurate ID data. The public one is also known as the mainchain that keeps patients' temporary ID health marked data. With the use of the Hyperledger framework, we have developed a design to test it. The present result of the experiment shows the better performance of a system concerning the given metrics: Nikoloudakis et al. (Peer-to-Peer Netw Appl J 2019 [1]) to recognize the patient's medical data time required by observing the turnaround time. It shows that the proposed approach gives better performance and security.
