摘要:
Objective: To study the expression of CD133 and CD44 in ovarian cancer and their relationship with the prognosis of ovarian cancer patients. Methods: An immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CD133 and CD44 in ovarian cancer tissues, and the correlation between the expression level and clinicopathological parameters of ovarian cancer was analysed. Results: The positive expression rates of CD133 and CD44 in ovarian cancer were 42.86% (18/42) and 52.38% (22/42), respectively, with a significant difference (P<0.05). The expressions of CD133 and CD44 were significantly correlated with clinicopathological stages and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). The correlation analysis showed that the expression of CD133 was correlated with that of CD44 (r = 0.325, P = 0.000). Conclusion: The high expression of CD133 and CD44 may be related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer.
