摘要
The results of investigation of some hormonal homeostatic indices and immunity of patients with disseminated ovarian cancer are given. Initial relative hyperestrogenization in these patients is detected. Effective complex treatment results in the improvement and normalization of hormonal homeostatic indices (increase of FSH, progesterone, essential decrease of prolactin). Data of the immunologic study testify to a significant inhibition of the immune system in ovarian cancer patients in administration of platidiam, these changes are less expressed in administration of polyplatillen.
