摘要
The purpose of this study was to suggest policy directions for the Work Assistance Service (WAS) based on the characteristics of service users. To achieve this, we investigated the characteristics of people with disabilities and organizations using the service. Based on the analysis, the development direction of the WAS was proposed as follows: First, when considering the importance of the future of the WAS, the number of service users of the WAS should be expanded. Second, preliminary education for the work assistant should be thorough. Third, it is necessary to prepare incentive policies tailored to SMEs.
