摘要：

As one of the enterprise's basic innovation activities, organizational innovation can promote the optimization and the adjustment of enterprise resources, and help the enterprise to form and improve the competitive ability. There is a complicated relationship among organizational innovation, technology innovation and innovative performance. Based on the analysis of the concept and the content of organizational innovation, this paper studies on effects of organizational innovation on technology innovation and innovative performance, constructs the path model and uses the questionnaire data from 97 enterprises to test the model. This study will help managers to understand effects of organizational innovation on technology innovation and innovative performance, and to scientifically organize and implement organizational innovation activities.
