摘要
The present article starts from a historical perspective for the comprehension of the intentionally constitutive gaps of the Negro in Brazil, in a project of segregation, control and elimination of our black population. Some forms of resistance and strategies to cope with their silencing are highlighted here. Education has been shown as a tool for silencing, but also for transforming this reality. Public policies are still a place of contention for this construction. Today, after many historical achievements, the past is still present in attempts to maintain segregation. Many transformations today are necessary, but they are possible through all blacks and blacks who have gained space for discussion.
