Zhoushan maritime SAR ability evaluation based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation

摘要
On the foundation of a detailed analysis of the maritime SAR (search and rescue) process at the sea area of Zhoushan, factors which affect maritime SAR ability are summarized. And based on fuzzy mathematics, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of maritime SAR capabilities of the Zhoushan sea area is quantitatively carried out. The result is 0.6589, rating well. It is of great significance to the improvement of the SAR capabilities, that to provide a quantitative basis for the improvement of the SAR program.
