Research of Optimization Design of High-Performance High-Density Cement Slurry System with Close Packing Technology

摘要
The close packing technology is the key part of high-performance cement slurry system design, which can effectively solve the difficulties of high density cement mix proportion in complex well conditions. Through the test of the particle surface properties and particle size distribution, we select weighting material suitable for close packed design; based on compressible packing model, we can predict multiparticle packing density. And also combining with water demand prediction, it comes out series of high-density cement slurry system design method and software. Through the software, we calculate three element cement slurry of GWY-700S- hematite mix proportion ratio and test the performance. The results show that the three element cement system designed by close packing technology has good rheological property and high strength which balances the contradiction between working performance and mechanical properties of cement stone which meets the requirement on the location. The close packing model slurry design method can better direct the design of cement paste.
