摘要：
Incidence of caprine mastitis was investigated in and around Parbhani district, Marathwada region of Maharashtra State. A total number of 230 goats were screened (Screening criteria-clinical examination of udder and MCMT) during period of July 2002 to July 2003 of which 168 (73.04%) were positive for sub clinical and 22 (9.56%) were positive for clinical Mastitis. Age wise incidence of clinical mastitis revealed highest incidence in goats of 4-5 years (12.50%) followed by 3-4 years (8.33%) and 2-3 years (5.55%) respectively.
