Simulation of viscous flow in a 2D-cavity by the lattice Boltzmann method

摘要
In the paper,the fluid flow in a two-dimentional cavity is simulated by using 13-speed lattice Bahtnagar-Gross-Krook method on the hexagonal lattice. The evolution of driven flow is shown for different Reynold numbers. The detailed behaviors are simulated and the vortex formation, distribution of density pressure and temperature are shown at Reynold number 3000.
