摘要
Internal logistics processes conditions not only consumption of financial resources but also their overall efficiency. Therefore trouble-free and effective supply process is the vital condition to achieve as low costs as possible. In other words the trouble-free and effective supply processes are directly affected by the selection of handling equipment and its efficiency. The contribution is focused on the proper selection of the handling equipment and its usage. To exact assessment of internal logistics processes the contribution introduces innovative approach to the determination of the handling equipment efficiency the Overall Handling Equipment Efficiency Index (OHEE)
