Evaluation of Contribution Rate of Weapon Equipment System of Systems Capability Based on Conditional Evidential Network

摘要
Contribution rate assessment of weapons and equipment system of systems is the basis of weapons equipment planning and project feasibility study. According to the uncertainty of the input information in the evaluation of the contribution rate of the weapon equipment system of systems, based on conditional evidential network, the contribution rate of the system of systems is evaluated in two steps. First, we evaluate the belief distribution of requirement satisfaction degree of the capacity, and then calculate the inverse conditional belief between the requirements satisfaction degree of the upper and lower capacity, and use the product of the two as the basis for the evaluation of contribution rate of the system of systems. Finally, the contribution rate of space navigation and positioning system of systems is evaluated, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified.
