摘要：

The concept of Integral Accessibility can be applied to different situations, environments and products. This article focuses on the importance of the application of this concept to leisure areas and playgrounds. It begins with a definition of Integral Accessibility from the user and from an external point of view. After that introduces the concept of accessible leisure areas and playgrounds. A key point in this field is the definition of the users, a classroom course on integral accessibility for town planning technicians showed a new classification of the park users: "wheeled" and "non wheeled". This classification is used to introduce user requirements and their translation to design specifications and criteria.
