摘要
As a result of the constant changes in the competitive environment, organisations are modifying their working structures, making them more flexible and efficient. In this way, trust in the leader is a determining factor in the success of a work team. For this reason, building relationships based on trust among the members of a team needs to be a basic concern of leaders. This paper proposes how certain physical (gender and attractiveness) and behavioural (justice and empathy) aspects of a leader may affect the development of trust, as well as the role played by leadership style as a moderating factor of the influence of justice and empathy on the level of trust in the leader.
