摘要：
The pertinence in science, technology and the innovation has its point of parted in the economics, social and cultural development needs of the locality, theirs oriented the substantive process that execute in the University Municipal Centers. The goal of this paper is valuate the contribution to the local development did for the University Municipal Center of Cabaiguan through of the scientific research. The schedule of development local was synthesis. The qualitative behavior of its impact in strategic line of the development in the municipality was analysis and the indicators of the process. The results of stage were presented from 2013 until actual.
