摘要
A Rh-2(OAc)(4) and InCl3 co-catalyzed three component reaction of diazo compounds, carbamates and aldehydes has been developed to synthesize beta-hydroxyl-alpha-amino acid derivatives in good yields with excellent diastereoselectivity. The reaction is proceeded via trapping of active carbamate ammonium ylide intermediates by aromatic aldehydes. (C) 2015 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
