摘要：
The first component of "evolution" of oil-field pipeline systems and the second one, covering all technological systems of oil fields construction are considered. The list of organizational-technical measures for the solving of a problem of the tax accounting of output and creation of the uniform system of monitoring and accounting of enterprise oil output is given.
