摘要
This is a micro-loan companies as part of its customer business analysis. Small loan company's customers are small businesses, small business directly affects the accuracy of the analysis of lending to small companies making loans. After credit for small business customers can make strategic guidance, reduce bad debt risk. Small businesses against the risk of weak, bankruptcies of companies, there are many, which led to this result because the diverse, strategic management is the lack of small business led to the closure of common factor. Only small businesses with a reasonable strategic management, in order to ensure sustainable development of enterprises. In this paper, the definition of strategic management, elements of small business strategic management characteristics of these basic elements, based on the proposed small business strategic management in the bottleneck, and also for small companies achieve strategic management approach to the analysis, the end of the article the author and the strategic management of the development of small business trends are analyzed.
