摘要
Standard antithrombotic treatment of acute coronary syndromes comprises combination of aspirin and unfractionated heparin. Pathogenesis of these syndromes dictates that this therapy should last longer than 7 days, what is hampered by requirements of intravenous infusion, thorough laboratory control, and possibility of development of thrombocytopenia. According to results of the ESSENCE study low molecular weight heparin enoxaparin has advantages over unfractionated heparin in the treatment of acute coronary syndromes. Our experience of the use of enoxaparin in the treatment of unstable angina and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction has also demonstrated its high efficacy and safety.
