摘要
Rice blast, caused by the fungus Magnaporthe oryzae, is one of the most devastating diseases in rice production, resulting in decrease of yields and quality on a large scale. The interaction between M. oryzae and rice is based on the gene-for-gene hypothesis and the defense responses are often activated by the action of the pathogen avirulence (AVR) gene and the host resistance (R) gene. The all AVR genes complete sequences of M. oryzae accessed on NCBI nucleotide database were downloaded and carried sequence alignments so that getting key structures of AVR genes. Then, they were carried multiple sequence alignment using CLUSTAL 2.0.12 software and had four consensus sequences that were 56 bp, 38bp, 54bp and 61bp and located on upstream, middle part and rearward of AVR genes, respectively. Meanwhile, the downloaded AVR genes were calculated a distance between their two sequences.
